Returns and Refunds

At The Cabinet, every candle is carefully made and packed. That said, if something is not right, we want to make it right.

Please read the policy below so there are no surprises.

Returns

Due to the nature of candles and personal care products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives in a damaged condition or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

• The product arrives damaged
• The product is defective
• An incorrect product is delivered

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after confirmation.

Shipping charges, if any, are non refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If an eligible issue is approved, it will be resolved through a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Important Notes

• Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are natural and part of the handmade process
• Fragrance preference is subjective and is not eligible for returns or refunds
• Products damaged due to improper use or handling are not eligible for refunds
